Summary: UST is looking for an ETL \& BI Reporting Developer with 4 to 7 years of hands\-on experience to design, develop, and support data pipelines, data marts, and executive dashboards across Informatica, Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) data models.

The Opportunity: · Design, develop, and support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) jobs, data marts, and business reports/dashboards for healthcare billing, payments, and enrollment operations. · Prepare source\-to\-target mapping documents, design artifacts, and functional specifications based on business requirements. · Resolve technical issues and errors during ETL job execution and report refreshes, supporting batch schedules and production operations. · Collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders (including Elevance Health vendors) to ensure high\-quality, timely delivery. · Act as a team Point of Contact (POC), mentor junior associates, and participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies. · Ensure adherence to development standards and participate in design and code reviews.

What you need: · 4 to 7 years of hands\-on experience in ETL development and business intelligence reporting. · Strong understanding of healthcare Enrollment \& Billing processes (enrollment, premium billing, invoicing, payments, adjustments, and reconciliation). · Strong logical, analytical, documentation, and problem\-solving skills with the ability to work independently. · Excellent communication and stakeholder\-collaboration abilities. · Flexibility to extend work hours as per project demands when necessary.

Required Skills: · ETL Development: Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (mappings, workflows, sessions, parameter files, performance tuning) · BI Reporting \& Visualization: Power BI (DAX, data modeling, Power Query), SAP BusinessObjects (Universe design, Web Intelligence), and Tableau · Oracle ORMB Data Model: Person, Account, Bill, Bill Segment, Payment, Adjustment, and Financial Transaction tables · Database \& Querying: Strong Oracle SQL and PL\-SQL skills for complex queries, data analysis, reconciliation, and performance optimization · Documentation: Source\-to\-target mappings and technical/functional design documents

Desired Skills: · Scheduling tools such as Control\-M · Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse / Databricks, AWS Redshift) and Python for data validation · Knowledge of ORMB batch processes and downstream integrations (GL, Data Warehouse) · Unix shell scripting and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket) · Working experience in the US healthcare payer domain

Qualification: · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
