• **Summary:***

• UST is seeking a Data Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in Healthcare Data Analytics, Cloud Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence to analyze healthcare data, deliver actionable insights, and support data migration and reporting initiatives.*

• **The Opportunity:***

• Leverage Snowflake, Snowpark, SQL, Python, and AWS technologies to analyze healthcare data and deliver actionable insights. · Support reporting and analytics for healthcare operations, claims, provider, membership, clinical, and population health programs. · Design, implement, and test cloud computing solutions to migrate applications from Big Data to cloud platforms using Snowflake/Snowpark technology. · Perform ETL processes and conduct comprehensive impact analysis. · Improve data quality and ensure data reliability across enterprise pipelines. · Collaborate effectively in both independent and team environments, translating unclear requirements into architectural and analytical solutions. · Participate in Agile development methodologies and communicate insights clearly to cross\-functional stakeholders.*

• **What you need:***

• 3–6 years of experience in Healthcare Data Analytics, Cloud Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence. · Strong understanding of healthcare data domains such as claims, eligibility, providers, encounters, authorizations, pharmacy, and utilization management. · Effective communication skills, both oral and written. · Strong problem\-solving and architectural skills to navigate unclear requirements. · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.*

• **Required Skills:***

• Snowflake \& Snowpark · AWS cloud technologies · Python programming · Advanced SQL \& Data Analysis · ETL processes and Impact Analysis · Healthcare Data Domains (claims, eligibility, providers, encounters, etc.)*

• **Desired Skills:***

• Experience with Big Data to cloud migration solutions · Experience working in Agile development methodologies · Data quality improvement and validation techniques*

• **Qualification:***

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).*
