• *Role description**

JDs for MEI: Embedded Firmware Developer/Lead: Education Qualification: BE (Electronics/ Electronics\-communication/industrial) Experience: 6 to 10 years Location: Pune Key Responsibilities/Deliver: Firmware development using embedded C , C\+\+ languages on Renesas/ST/TI microcontrollers Proficient in Linux Development of Communication/Network Protocol \- EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT , Modbus TCP/IP Development of communication interface for 15 or 32 slaves (UART\-2\) based on mode selection \- Modbus RTU Integration of UART\-1 and 2 communication interfaces Data storage management of information exchanged between master and slaves Experience on TwinCAT , SysMAC studio for EtherCAT network protocol. Bootloader implementation Preparation of External Specification Document (ESD) and Software Design Document (SDD) Debug (Unite test) and validation of test specifications Handling interlocks between communication, memory management, and user inputs
