Lead Robotics Engineer

• *Location:** Bengaluru (On\-site) \| 5\-day work week
• *Compensation:** ₹40–60 LPA (Cash) \+ ₹0–20 LPA (ESOPs) — stretchable for exceptional candidates

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a Lead Robotics Engineer to lead a team of 4–5 engineers building the core navigation, manipulation, and software systems that power our autonomous robots. This is a hybrid managerial \+ individual contributor role — you will set technical direction while remaining hands\-on in solving hard robotics problems.

• *Must\-Haves**

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience
• Strong robotics background is a must
• Solid experience and fundamentals in ROS is a must
• Experience and knowledge in navigation and manipulation preferred
• Robot learning experience is a plus
• Simulation experience is optional (nice\-to\-have)

• *What You'll Do**

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 robotics engineers, driving technical roadmap and execution
• Design, build, and maintain ROS\-based robotics software stacks for navigation and manipulation
• Work closely with AI, perception, and hardware teams to integrate autonomy stacks into deployed robots
• Drive design decisions balancing performance, reliability, and safety for real\-world construction site deployment
• Own end\-to\-end delivery — from prototyping and simulation testing to on\-site validation
• Stay hands\-on with coding, debugging, and system\-level problem solving alongside managing the team

Pay: ₹4,000,000\.00 \- ₹6,000,000\.00 per month
