We are urgently hiring an experienced SAP MM Team Lead to head our SCM consulting team in Mumbai.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP SCM consultants (must have led a team of 5\+ people)
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery
• Conduct team reviews, provide guidance, and support skill development
• Act as point of escalation for complex issues
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Ensure alignment of SCM processes with business objectives
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SCM systems
• Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and compliance
• Work across key SAP SCM modules: MM/TM/LE

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 8\+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SCM modules
• Proven experience leading a team of 5\+ people
• Preferred skill set: SAP MM (TM and LE knowledge is a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
