• **Experience:*** *6\+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with strong hands\-on expertise in Salesforce Core and Sales Cloud. Experience should cover both Salesforce Administration and Development, including configuration, customization, Apex, LWC, integrations, and deployment / change management.*

• **Work Location:*** *Indiranagar (Bangalore, Karnataka) –* ***Currently Remote (Work from Home) mode \-*** *Candidates should be open to transitioning to work\-from\-office arrangements at a later stage based on business requirements.*

• **Job Role:*** *We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer \& Administrator with 6\+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Core and Sales Cloud. The role will involve a combination of Salesforce Administration, configuration, customization, development, and integrations to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements. The individual will also play a key role in building and strengthening the organization’s Salesforce competency, particularly in India, through best\-practice adoption, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability development. Life Sciences Cloud / Health Cloud experience is good to have but is not mandatory.*

• **Key Responsibilities:***

• *Configure and manage Salesforce Core and Sales Cloud, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, security, and user access.*
• *Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and other Salesforce development capabilities.*
• *Understand business requirements and implement effective solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and related Sales Cloud processes.*
• *Work closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce configurations and technical solutions.*
• *Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and other integration approaches.*
• *Support deployments and releases using appropriate configuration/change management tools, including Git\-based platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.*
• *Participate in code reviews and ensure Salesforce solutions follow established development, security, scalability, and platform best practices.*
• *Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, provide production support, and identify opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and business processes.*
• *Contribute to building and strengthening the organization’s Salesforce competency, particularly within India, by establishing standards, reusable practices, and knowledge\-sharing initiatives.*
• *Mentor and guide Salesforce team members, share technical knowledge, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver successful Salesforce solutions.*

• **Required Skills:***

• *Excellent understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and strong hands\-on experience with Sales Cloud.*
• *Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, security, validation rules, flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user management.*
• *Hands\-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and SOQL, with the ability to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.*
• *Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs.*
• *Knowledge of configuration/change management tools such as Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) and Salesforce deployment processes.*
• *Ability to understand business requirements, design appropriate Salesforce solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective technical solutions.*
• *Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor team members, share knowledge, and contribute to building Salesforce competency within the organization, particularly in India.*

• **Desired Skills:***

• *Exposure to Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud is an advantage, but not mandatory.*
• *Salesforce Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, Administrator, or Health Cloud certifications are desirable.*
• *Experience with advanced Apex, LWC, Salesforce architecture, and complex customizations.*
• *Experience with Salesforce deployment, CI/CD processes, and tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.*
• *Experience mentoring Salesforce professionals, establishing best practices, and contributing to building Salesforce competency within an organization, particularly across distributed teams.*
