We are seeking a skilled Python \& DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing the scalable, secure and highly available cloud and on\-premises infrastructure platforms. You will collaborate with applications engineers, security and architecture and operations teams to build platforms that support the Technical and business requirement of the Organization.
o Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of scalable, secure and highly available infrastructure on cloud and on premise infra.
o Build and optimize the CI/CD workflow to enable fast , reliable delivery systems.
o Drive infrastructure as a code practices using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Vault, Kubernetes.
o Perform code reviews across DevOps ,platform, automation repositories to ensure quality, security, performance and optimizations
o Own productions reliability , availability and performance including incident response, Root cause analysis etc.
o Collaborate with the product owners and engineering teams to groom backlog and refine user stories.
o Collaborate with Multi Platform/region teams on providing technical leadership , design reviews and hands own support
o Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
o Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.
o Operating under a 'follow\-the\-sun' model, providing on\-call coverage within a global rotation.
o Solid Experience in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible.
o Expertise in frontend frameworks like REACT, primarily for internal tools, dashboards or platform interfaces.
o Expertise in API development \& integration \- including RESTful APIs, versioning and documentation.
o Hands on experience building backend services using Python with frameworks like Flask and FastAPI.
o Strong experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
o Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like docker and Kubernetes.
o Familiarize with observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus for metrics, monitoring dashboard, alerting and CI/CD platforms including GITHUB Actions or equivalent.
o Excellent problem\-solving and debugging skills.
o Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
o 9\+ years of experience in full\-stack Developer /DevOps role.
o Engineering graduate / MCA / Computer Science Graduate or PG
o Experience working in hybrid or multi\-cloud environments.
