• *Job Location:** Borivali West, Mumbai

• *Experience :** 12\+ years

• *ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES: \-**

• **Strategic Sourcing \& Pipelines:** Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using social media, professional networks, and job boards to build a diverse pipeline for current and future needs.
• **Full\-Cycle Recruiting:** Manage the entire hiring process, including crafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define selection criteria, and provide insights on talent market trends.
• **Candidate Assessment \& Selection:** Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit using interviews and assessments.
• **Offer Negotiation \& Onboarding:** Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding.

• *Required Skills:**

Prior experience in managing talent acquisition in manufacturing industry.

ACP / Building Material industry will be preferred.

Should be target oriented \& well versed with stakeholder management.

Excellent communication skill in English (verbal \& written both)
