About Origin
Origin is building general\-purpose autonomous robots for critical infrastructure buildout. Our priority is the buildout the US cannot afford to slow down: data centres and power plants, where rising costs, safety risks, and labour shortages hit hardest. Our modular, multi\-trade platform combines purpose\-built hardware with real\-time site intelligence to navigate complex environments and execute tasks with precision. Trained in high\-fidelity simulation and already deployed on live sites, our robots deliver 5x faster execution, 250%\+ margin expansion, and significant cost savings. Join India's most talent\-dense robotics team, consisting of individuals from IITs, Stanford, UCLA, and more.
About the Role
As the Lead Technical Program Manager at Origin, you will own how the engineering team executes. This is the first dedicated program function at Origin, and you will build it from the ground up.
You will run the OKR system, own the dependencies across autonomy, hardware, and field operations, and drive the delivery cadence that turns three teams into one machine. Sitting at the centre of a Physical AI company, you will move fluently between ML engineers, mechanical and manufacturing teams, and field deployment, keeping the product rollout on schedule and the robots shipping faster.
Key Responsibilities* Define and run the company\-wide OKR system, with every key result owned, tracked, and reported on a weekly cadence.
Qualifications and Skills* Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or MBA
Bonus* Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or another Physical AI domain.
Why Join Us?* Work directly with the founders to define how a venture\-backed Physical AI company runs.
