In this role you should champion safety and create a zero\-incident culture

Further to this you will recruit, train, develop, and deploy area operations teams

In this role you will balance remuneration with competence

Further you will foster openness, mutual learning, continuous improvement, and innovation

Moreover, you will empower site staff for emergency decision\-making

Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with internal/external regulations and standards

Moreover, you will train all personnel and visitors on hazards and safe behavior

Additionally, you will investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Thereafter, you will ensure product and consumable availability

Additionally, you will maximize plant productivity and asset utilization

Further to this you will ensure timely application, renewal, and compliance of all statutory licenses

Furthermore, you will maintain documentation and liaison with regulatory authorities

Additionally, you will monitor changes in legislation and implement necessary actions

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You have a graduation degree in any engineering discipline with Industrial Safety Diploma and FDA approved

You possess at least 12 years of experience in Plant Operation and maintenance
