Job Summary

The Learning and Development (L\&D) Executive is responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development initiatives to enhance skills, performance, and productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through discussions with managers and employees.
• Coordinate and schedule induction, technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
• Maintain training calendars and training records.
• Track employee participation and training effectiveness.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with external trainers and training vendors when required.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Collect feedback from participants and prepare evaluation reports.
• Ensure compliance with company training policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain training databases, attendance records, and certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning \& Development, Training, or HR.
• Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze training data and prepare reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Training facilitation and content development experience.
• Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management processes.
