The Learning & Development Executive is tasked with creating, executing, and assessing employee training programs that align with company objectives and foster a high-performance culture. Working in close partnership with HR Business Partners, functional leaders, and senior management, this role identifies skill gaps and delivers targeted development initiatives for all organizational levels. Key functions encompass designing and producing compelling learning materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led and blended programs, and job aids. You will facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and virtual trainings, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and effectiveness across the workforce.
