• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Manager for mining operations based in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, statutory authorities, mining offices, pollution control boards, forest departments, railways, and local administration to ensure smooth mining and crusher operations, approvals, and compliance activities. The role requires strong government liaisoning skills, documentation handling, and follow\-up capabilities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Liaison with departments such as Mining, DGMS, Forest, Pollution Control Board, Revenue, Railways, and local authorities.
• Obtain and renew statutory approvals, permits, licenses, NOCs, and mining\-related clearances.
• Coordinate documentation and submissions related to mining leases, crusher permissions, environmental compliance, and transportation permits.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
• Track compliance timelines and ensure smooth execution of mining operations without regulatory delays.
• Handle inspections, audits, and visits from government authorities.
• Prepare and submit reports, records, and compliance documents as required by authorities.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Legal, Accounts, Transport, and Purchase teams.
• Resolve operational and regulatory issues through effective communication and follow\-up.
• Monitor updates in mining policies, government regulations, and statutory requirements. (

• *Required Skills**

• Strong liaisoning and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of mining regulations and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Documentation and government correspondence handling
• Problem\-solving and coordination abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication

• *Qualification**

• Graduate in any discipline (Mining / Law / Administration preferred)
• Additional knowledge of mining compliance and statutory approvals will be an advantage.

• *Experience**

• 5 to 10 years of experience in mining, crusher, mineral, or industrial liaisoning activities.
• Experience handling government departments and mining\-related approvals is mandatory. (

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Candidate having strong local network in Maharashtra mining departments preferred.
• Ready for frequent travel to mining sites and government offices.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
