• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Lead Generation Specialist** to generate high\-quality **Digital Marketing leads through LinkedIn and Email**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation strategies and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate qualified **digital marketing leads** using **LinkedIn and Email** (Sales Navigator, organic outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.).
• Identify and target potential clients based on defined criteria (industry, location, decision\-makers).
• Perform daily LinkedIn activities including connection requests, follow\-ups, and message campaigns.
• Plan and run cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion.
• Research potential clients and understand their business needs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices and lead generation trends.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in **LinkedIn and Email lead generation** for digital marketing services.
• Good understanding of **Digital Marketing services** (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Mobile app development etc.).
• Hands\-on experience with **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**.
• Strong communication and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to write professional and engaging LinkedIn messages.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.
