Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch and transportation activities.
- Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, e\-way bills, invoices, and transport records.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouse teams.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates to internal teams and customers.
- Resolve logistics\-related issues such as delivery delays, shortages, or damages.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Maintain logistics records, reports, and shipment data.
- Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation expenses.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
Manage inventory movement and stock transfers when required.Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong problem\-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,806\.23 \- ₹15,227\.68 per month
