Industry: Manufacturing / Healthcare / Medical Devices / FMCGAbout the Role:We are hiring a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end\-to\-end supply chain and logistics operations.

The role involves managing transportation, warehousing, distribution, and vendor coordination to ensure cost\-effective and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound logistics for raw materials and finished goods across India.

Oversee warehouse operations: inventory, storage, dispatch, and safety compliance. Coordinate with 3PL vendors, transporters, C\&F agents, and courier partners.

Optimize freight costs, delivery routes, and transit times to meet OTIF targets.

Handle documentation: E\-way bill, GST, LR, insurance, and export/import documents. Track logistics KPIs and implement process improvements to reduce cost and delays.

Liaise with Sales, Purchase, Production, and Accounts for demand planning and execution.

Lead, train, and mentor logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams. Vendor negotiation, contract management, and annual logistics budgeting.

Candidate Requirements: 6 to 12 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management. Graduate in B.Com / BBA / B.E. MBA in Operations or Supply

Chain preferred. Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and MS Excel for MIS and reporting.

Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and team leadership skills. Must be based in Chennai.

Willing to travel to plants/warehouses as required. Prior experience in Healthcare / Medical Devices / Manufacturing is an added advantage.
