Northon’s Media PR \& Marketing Ltd is a UK\-based media, publishing, PR, and marketing consultancy specialising in the global intellectual property industry. Through our international publications, digital platforms, conferences, and marketing initiatives, we work with leading law firms, technology providers, and professional service organisations worldwide.
We are currently seeking a talented and detail\-oriented **Magazine Designer \& Digital Marketing Executive** with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our Ahmedabad office.
This role is primarily focused on the design and production of our international magazines and publications. In addition to magazine design responsibilities, the successful candidate will also support the creation of marketing materials and digital content used to promote our publications, events, and campaigns.
Magazine Designer \& Digital Marketing Executive
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (Office\-Based)
Monday – Friday12:00 PM – 7:30 PM
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Design and layout print and digital magazines using Adobe InDesign.
- Assemble articles, images, advertisements, and editorial content into visually engaging and professionally structured publications.
- Maintain consistency in publication branding, design standards, typography, and layout across all issues.
- Prepare print\-ready and digital\-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy and production quality.
- Proofread designed publications to ensure content is accurately presented according to supplied materials.
- Source, edit, and recommend suitable images and graphics to complement editorial content.
- Implement design revisions and updates based on internal feedback and editorial requirements.
- Work closely with editorial, marketing, and project management teams to ensure all publication deadlines are met.
- Design advertisements, promotional materials, banners, and supporting graphics for company publications and clients.
- Create social media graphics and digital assets to support publication launches, marketing campaigns, events, and podcasts.
- Assist with basic social media content preparation and promotional campaigns when required.
- *Skills \& Requirements**
- 2–4 years of professional experience in magazine design, editorial design, or publication design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of editorial layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, and print production.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large publications.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects efficiently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing magazines, journals, annual reports, catalogues, or similar editorial publications.
- Experience creating social media graphics and digital marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or similar content management systems would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
