*Job Description**

Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics and data to identify inefficiencies, predict failures, and improve maintenance strategies.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and quality issues and support in development corrective and preventive actions.

Design and maintain quality systems and protocols, including process audits and quality inspections.

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that methods and processes meet defined standards.

Collaborate cross\-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate quality and maintenance objectives.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both maintenance processes and product quality.

*Job Requirements**

Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics engineering or similar with 5\+ years of relevant experience in machining industries.

knowledge of reliability\-centered maintenance (RCM), Lean Sigma, TPM, and quality methodologies

Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem\-solving techniques.

Project management skills with Technical capability
