Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Coordinate with Front Office, F\&B, Housekeeping, and Operations teams.
Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Support shift management, reporting, and operational audits.
Participate in training programs and departmental rotations.
Analyze operational challenges and suggest process improvements.
Work closely with managers on special projects and business initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership potential and problem\-solving ability.
