As a Management Trainee in Operations at Apollo Home Health Care Ltd, you will assist in monitoring patient enrollment and service delivery processes, support basic finance tasks and record maintenance, aid in leave management and coordination of field staff like nurses, handle basic queries and escalate grievances to seniors, assist in resolving patient and staff concerns efficiently, support transport and logistics coordination, help in scheduling and supervising field visits, assist in tracking field performance and identifying gaps, support patient discharge coordination, and update the reporting manager on field activities and issues. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, strong communication and coordination skills, basic MS Office proficiency in Excel and Word, and a willingness to work.
