Manager Billing

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Billing Department at Meridian Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the hospital’s revenue cycle.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee end\-to\-end billing operations including inpatient, outpatient, insurance, and corporate billing.
• Ensure timely and accurate generation of bills, receipts, and settlements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and corporates for collections.
• Implement internal checks to minimize billing errors and revenue leakages.
• Lead, train, and guide the billing team to achieve departmental targets.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, and Front Office teams for smooth billing processes.
• Generate regular MIS reports and present revenue analysis to the management.
• Address patient queries and resolve billing\-related issues promptly and professionally.

• *Desired Candidate Profile:**

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in hospital billing or healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of TPA/Insurance processes and corporate billing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
