About the Role
TFG is seeking an ambitious and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to lead revenue generation and market expansion across Delhi NCR. The role will focus on acquiring new clients and growing business across corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, media sales, advertising solutions, sponsorships, documentary production, photography, videography, corporate films, and end\-to\-end event production services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network within corporate, government, agency, media, and event industry circles, along with a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and closing high\-value business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across events, media, and production verticals.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients, government organizations, industry associations, event organizers, agencies, and brands.

- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve business targets.
Media Sales \& Advertising Revenue
- Drive advertising and media sales revenue through integrated marketing solutions.
- Sell advertising inventory, branded content, sponsorship packages, and media partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for digital, print, event, and content\-based advertising.
- Develop customized media solutions for brands and corporate clients.
- Negotiate sponsorship and branding deals for conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
Strategic Partnerships \& Alliances
- Establish partnerships with event organizers, exhibition companies, media agencies, PR agencies, marketing firms, and corporate houses.
- Develop long\-term business relationships that contribute to recurring revenue.
- Explore co\-branded initiatives, media collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Create opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling TFG's services.
Documentary, Film \& Production Business
- Promote documentary filmmaking, corporate films, promotional videos, training videos, CSR films, brand storytelling projects, and digital content production.
- Identify opportunities with corporates, government departments, NGOs, educational institutions, and industry bodies.
- Work closely with creative and production teams to develop tailored project proposals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Corporate Communications Teams, HR Leaders, Procurement Teams, Event Heads, and Brand Managers.
- Conduct business presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Lead proposal development, budgeting, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business opportunities.
Market Intelligence \& Expansion
- Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging event formats.
- Identify new revenue streams and market segments.
- Represent TFG at industry events, networking forums, conferences, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management.
Team Leadership \& Performance
- Mentor and guide sales executives and business development team members.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams to achieve business objectives.
- Drive a high\-performance sales culture focused on growth and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Event Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven experience in revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the events, media, advertising, and production industries.
- Established network among corporate decision\-makers, agencies, media buyers, and event organizers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
