We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Assistant General Manager \- Sales to lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth in the waste management and environmental services sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, proven expertise in field sales, and hands\-on experience in the waste management industry.
This role involves extensive client interaction, site visits, relationship management, and strategic sales execution. Candidates must be comfortable with field work and client\-facing responsibilities.
\- Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients in the waste management and environmental services domain.
\- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
\- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
\- Conduct client meetings, field visits, presentations, and service demonstrations.
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and enterprise clients.
\- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
\- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics regularly.
\- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
\- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
\- Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and large\-scale business opportunities.
\- Strong leadership and team management skills.
\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
\- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales environment.
\- Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
\- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
\- Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
\- High ownership, accountability, and execution focus.

\- Experience handling enterprise clients, tenders, and large\-value deals will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
