Title: Manager – Civil (Engineering \& Design)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 8 years in solar, wind or BESS project engineering and design

Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA total CTC (incl. 8\.33% variable)

Key responsibilities

• Pre\-bid civil engineering, feasibility studies and preliminary designs
• Prepare BOQs, civil drawings and technical specifications
• Perform and review structural/civil design calculations and design packages
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors during construction and commissioning
• Support site visits, issue resolution and compliance with codes and standards

Required

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related
• 8\+ years solar/wind/BESS civil design \& engineering
• STAAD, AutoCAD (SolidWorks / PLS Tower a plus); IS codes
