Manager – Collection Operations

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Collection Operations to manage B2B collections, improve collection efficiency, maintain client relationships, and lead a collection team to achieve business targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Develop and execute collection strategies to achieve recovery targets.

Manage B2B collections and follow up on overdue payments.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Monitor collection performance, outstanding accounts, and recovery reports.

Analyse collection data and prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.

Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Lead, guide, and monitor the collection team to achieve targets.

Ensure adherence to collection policies and standard operating procedures.

• *Required Skills**

Strong experience in B2B collections and recovery operations.

Excellent English communication skills.

Client relationship and team management.

Target\-oriented approach and problem\-solving ability.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• *Preferred Candidate**

Candidates with 5–8 years of relevant collection experience.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000\.00 per month
