- Introduce partnership opportunities and employer engagement programs.
- Build and nurture long\-term relationships with hiring organizations.
- Generate opportunities for recruitment, internships, campus hiring, and workforce development initiatives.
- *Employer Acquisition \& Engagement**
- Onboard companies to participate in hiring and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Encourage organizations to publish job opportunities and engage with our talent ecosystem.
- Maintain regular communication with employer partners and key stakeholders.
- *Strategic Partnerships**
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with corporates, industry bodies, training organizations, and educational institutions.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements and MoUs.
- Develop alliances that create value for both employers and job seekers.
- *Academic \& University Outreach**
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and placement departments.
- Explore collaboration opportunities for internships, placement support, workshops, and industry engagement activities.
- Generate new partnership opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and meetings.
- Maintain a healthy sales and partnership pipeline.
- Track activities and manage follow\-ups through CRM systems.

2\-6 years of experience in one or more of the following
