\*Position:\* Manager – Customer Experience
\*Locations:\*
- Mumbai
- Aundh, Pune
- Koramangala, Bangalore
\*Open Positions:\* 3
\*Timings:\* 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
\*Working Days:\* 6 Days a Week
\*Key Responsibilities:\*
- Oversee daily centre operations and administration
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
- Ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of the centre
- Handle calls, walk\-ins, and student inquiries
Conduct cold calling and lead follow\-ups
Manage petty cash and basic accountsSchedule classes and coordinate demo sessionsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsWork towards achieving centre targets and goalsOrganize recitals, open houses, and centre eventsCandidates with strong communication, coordination, and customer handling skills are preferred.
