Manager Data Scientist

e are looking for a Data Scientist to join our analytics team and work on data\-driven business problems. The role will involve propensity modelling, customer analytics, sentiment analysis and emerging AI/LLM use cases, with a strong focus on translating data into actionable insights and business strategies.**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain **Machine Learning and statistical models** for business and marketing use cases.
• Work on **propensity modelling, customer analytics, segmentation and sentiment analysis**.
• Perform **data analysis, feature engineering, model development,** validation and performance evaluation.
• Translate business problems into **data\-driven solutions and strategies** that contribute to client growth.
• Work with large customer datasets and **Customer Data Platforms (CDP)**.
• **Present insights** and recommendations to clients and **senior stakeholders.**

### **Must\-Have Skills**

• Strong **Python \& SQL** skills.
• Strong understanding of **Statistics, Data Analysis and Machine Learning**.
• Hands\-on experience with **BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), VertexAI**.
• Knowledge of **Customer Data Platforms (CDP)**.
• Good proficiency in **MS Excel**.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with **clients and cross\-functional teams**.
• Strong **stakeholder management** and client\-facing experience.
• Ability to build **data\-driven strategies** and identify business growth opportunities.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

### **Good to Have**

• Working knowledge of **LLMs / Generative AI** and NLP.
• Experience with **Treasure Data CDP**.
• Experience in **Marketing / Customer Analytics**.
• **Automotive** domain experience.
