Yantra Packs is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to drive enterprise business growth for our sustainable returnable packaging and supply chain solutions.
We are seeking someone who understands industrial sales, supply chain operations, and enterprise customer management across sectors like Automotive, Manufacturing, Electronics, FMCG, Logistics, and Industrial Supply Chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for returnable packaging, pooling, and supply chain packaging solutions **Identify and acquire enterprise customers with high\-volume packaging and logistics requirements**
- Build relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Plant teams across client organizations
- Understand customer material flow, packaging challenges, transportation movement, and warehouse operations to provide customized solutions
- Lead solution\-based selling by improving packaging efficiency, reducing damage, optimizing logistics costs, and supporting sustainability goals
- Conduct site visits, packaging assessments, and supply chain studies to identify business opportunities
- Manage complete sales cycle — from lead generation, client meetings, commercial negotiations, onboarding, and account growth
- Coordinate with Operations, SCM, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Expand existing accounts through cross\-selling, new plant additions, and long\-term strategic partnerships
- Drive adoption of reusable and sustainable packaging systems across industries
Experience Required
- **8–10 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales**
- Preferred experience in Packaging, Logistics, Industrial Products, Automotive Supply Chain, Material Handling, or Manufacturing Solutions
Skills
- **Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities**
- Understanding of industrial supply chain operations
- **Excellent stakeholder management skills**
- Ability to handle enterprise and key accounts independently **CRM, Excel, Google Sheets \& presentation skills**
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field
Languages :English required \| Regional language proficiency preferred
Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
