We specialise in post\-harvest agricultural machinery, engineering and automation solutions.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, highly organised and commercially focused **Manager – Finance \& Accounts** to independently manage our complete financial operations.

This is a hands\-on management position requiring strong experience in **SAP Business One, corporate banking, manufacturing costing, financial planning, statutory compliance and management reporting**.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and take complete ownership of the company's financial activities, with minimal day\-to\-day supervision.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● **Financial Accounting:** Manage daily accounts, general ledger, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation and financial statements using SAP Business One.

● **Banking \& Payments:** Handle company bank accounts, customer collections, supplier and salary payments, and cash management.

● **Vendor Management:** Maintain vendor credit terms, payment schedules and supplier account reconciliations.

● **Budgeting \& Planning:** Prepare annual budgets, three\-year financial plans, quarterly forecasts and financial reports.

● **Product Costing:** Calculate manufacturing and order costs, and monitor profit margins.

● **Cash Flow:** Monitor working capital, collections, supplier payments and company profitability.

● **Management Reporting:** Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for weekly Finance Meetings and Management Day.

● **GST \& Compliance:** Manage GST, TDS, income\-tax compliance and statutory audits.

● **Financial Control:** Maintain accurate records, payment approvals and compliance with company financial policies.

• *QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE**

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.

● Minimum **7 years of relevant experience**.

● SAP Business One experience is mandatory.

● **Corporate banking and internet banking experience is mandatory.**

● Knowledge of GST, TDS, manufacturing costing and financial reporting.

● Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; good English and Tamil communication skills.

• *KEY PERFORMANCE TARGETS**

● Complete monthly financial closing within **7 working days**.

● Ensure 100% of undisputed vendor payments are made on time.

● Update the 13\-week cash\-flow forecast weekly.

● Maintain costing records for all active production machinery and customer dispatch orders.

● Meet all applicable statutory compliance deadlines.
