• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented \*Manager – Financial Reporting\* to join our Finance \& Accounts team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, budgeting, forecasting, and payment management. The candidate should be capable of independently handling the accounts function, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance, and managing domestic and international financial transactions. Experience in the transportation and logistics industry will be an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Independently manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Handle purchase accounting, direct finance invoice bookings, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Finalize accounts and coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file GST returns, perform GST reconciliations, and ensure compliance with applicable GST regulations.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filings.
• Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Review and verify transportation and freight\-related billing and invoices.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, and management dashboards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide actionable insights to management.
• Handle and process domestic and international payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
• Execute and monitor NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and International Remittance Transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, foreign remittances, bank reconciliations, and payment\-related documentation.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors, service providers, statutory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain strong internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• *Requirements \& Skill**

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, CA Inter, CA Finalist, Semi\-Qualified CA, or Qualified CA preferred.
• Relevant experience in Finance \& Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account finalization.
• Hands\-on experience in GST working, GST filings, GST reconciliations, and GST return submissions.
• Thorough understanding of TDS provisions, calculations, deductions, and return filings.
• Experience in handling NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and International Payments/Foreign Remittances.
• Knowledge of FEMA guidelines and banking documentation related to international transactions will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Vendor Reconciliation and ledger management.
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, or freight billing preferred.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Candidates based in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations will be preferred.
• Prior experience in the logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to independently handle accounting, compliance, reporting, and payment functions.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000\.00 per month
