Job Description

Lead and manage **end\-to\-end FTL operations**, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
Develop and execute **operational strategies** to improve fleet utilization, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Handle **vendor management**, including transporter onboarding, rate negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Plan and optimize **routes, capacity, and dispatch schedules** for maximum operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to **SOPs, compliance, and safety standards** across all operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with **key clients and stakeholders**; manage key accounts effectively.
Monitor operational KPIs and drive **continuous improvement initiatives** for process optimization.
Oversee **team management**, including hiring, training, performance management, and development.
