Manager - Heavy vehicle refinance

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Manager** to lead our Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) lending operations in the region. In this role, you will spearhead business development, scale our dealer and DSA networks, and drive high\-performing sales teams to achieve regional growth and profitability targets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Business Sourcing \& Growth:** Drive end\-to\-end business development, loan sourcing, and market penetration for Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment financing.
• **Dealer \& Channel Network:** Build, strengthen, and manage strategic relationships with automotive dealers, DSAs, and channel partners across the territory.
• **Sales Leadership:** Recruit, train, mentor, and lead regional sales executives, establishing strong target accountability and daily performance tracking.
• **Credit \& Risk Operations:** Coordinate closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to streamline loan approvals, documentation, and disbursements while maintaining healthy portfolio quality and low delinquencies.

• *Candidate Profile \& Requirements:**

• Minimum 8 to 15\+ years of robust experience in retail asset finance, specifically focusing on Commercial Vehicle (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), or heavy asset lending.
• Proven track record in a regional leadership capacity (Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Regional Head).
• Strong local market understanding and professional network in the target region.
• Graduate or Post\-graduate degree (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred).

Pay: ₹1,700,000\.00 \- ₹1,900,000\.00 per year
