Manager-HR & Admin Operations

• *Job Purpose**

To manage and support Human Resources, Administration, and Operational activities to ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the organization, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective workforce and facility management.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• 1\. Human Resources (HR)*

• Manage end\-to\-end recruitment (manpower planning, interviews, and joining formalities).
• Ensure employee records, personal files, and HR documentation are maintained by the team member.
• Support onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, discipline, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops \& Establishments, etc.).
• Handle grievances and employee engagement activities.

• 2\. Administration*

• Manage office/factory administration, facilities, housekeeping, and security.
• Coordinate transport, canteen, uniforms, ID cards, and statutory displays.
• Ensure vendor management, AMC renewals, and office supplies.
• Handle statutory licenses, renewals, and liaison with government departments.
• Manage asset records and administrative budgets.
• Organize meetings, circulars, notices, and internal communications.

• 3\. Operations Support*

• Support daily operational and production activities from an HR/Admin perspective.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower deployment and productivity.
• Track manpower availability, shift planning, and overtime.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and compliance audits.
• Support logistics, dispatch, and operational documentation as required.
• Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Admin, Production, and Management.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
