Qualification: MSW / MBA \-HR
Experience – 6 to 8 years
Industry Background – Construction firm
Skills: Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Recruitment and Laisioning activities, Performance appraisal, Incentive targets
\* KYE (Know Your Employee) Implementing background checks, credential verification, and access performance against set targets.
\* Recruits / Exits / onboarding, offboarding
\* Workforce Management (Attendance / Leaves / Permissions): Tracking and regulating working hours
\* Employee Engagement
Organizing team\-building initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
