We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions in auto parts manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
- *Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for staff and shop\-floor employees.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and address workplace grievances.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee documentation, and personnel files.
- Oversee employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
- *Performance Management**
- Drive performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Support department managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
- *Training \& Development**
- Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities and maintain compliance records.
- *Payroll \& Compensation**
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Monitor compensation and benefits administration.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
