Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding across all business locations. Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations. Oversee performance management, appraisals, and KPI tracking. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance management, and employee benefits administration. Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and workforce analytics. Identify training needs and support employee development programs. Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and organizational development. Lead and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
