• *Job Summary**

Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result\-driven Manager – Marketing \& Sales to lead business development activities for its HVAC Ducting Division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, builders, architects, PMC firms, and industrial clients, while achieving sales and revenue targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Sales \& Business Development**

• Generate new business opportunities for HVAC ducting and air distribution products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC contractors, MEP consultants, architects, builders, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
• Identify upcoming HVAC projects in commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare techno\-commercial offers, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close orders profitably.

• *Marketing Activities**

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
• Coordinate digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• *Customer Relationship Management**

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal departments.

• *Project Coordination**

• Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Follow up on project progress, deliveries, and payment collections.
• Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documentation.

• *Reporting \& MIS**

• Maintain CRM database and sales pipeline.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Track inquiries, quotations, orders, and collections.
• Provide business forecasts and market intelligence reports to management.

• *Qualification**

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

• *Experience**

• 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC Ducting, Air Distribution Products, Ventilation Systems, HVAC Equipment, or MEP Industry.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and project\-based selling.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting systems and air distribution products.
• Ability to understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network with HVAC contractors, consultants, builders, and industrial clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
