- *Key Responsibilities:**

### **Operations Configuration**
- Own the end\-to\-end setup and execution of Dineout, including spotlights, banners, open collections, and Experience Points (XPs).
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation across all verticals while maintaining high operational standards.
### **Cross\-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with Design, Content, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver updates within defined timelines.
- Maintain operational discipline and ensure alignment with business goals and launch schedules.
### **Layout \& Widget Management**
- Manage and continuously enhance widgets and vertical layouts to improve visibility, user engagement, and platform consistency.
- Drive updates to cluster and homepage widgets based on evolving business requirements.
### **Quality Control**
- Conduct thorough QA checks on data, creative IDs, and event configurations.
- Minimize errors and ensure high\-quality content delivery and seamless user experience.
### **Business Planning \& Stakeholder Communication**
- Participate in business planning discussions and manage stakeholder communications.
- Work closely with Business Development teams to capture, prioritize, and deliver spotlight setup requests on time.
### **Creative Asset Coordination**
- Coordinate with in\-house and external design teams to ensure timely production and delivery of creative assets.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting fast\-paced business requirements.
- 4\+ years of experience in e\-commerce or retail industry.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex operations and driving execution across cross\-functional teams.
- Strong analytical background with proven ability to leverage data analytics for strategic decision\-making and operational improvements.
- Prior experience in food tech, quick commerce, or related marketplace businesses is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
