Manager – Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day\-to\-day operational activities and ensure smooth business processes within a fast\-paced trading environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing operational efficiency, team performance, process compliance, stakeholder coordination, and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operational activities to ensure seamless business execution.
• Monitor process adherence, operational controls, and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Trading, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency\-enhancing initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction processing and reporting.
• Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
• Support business continuity and operational risk management initiatives.
• Drive automation and process optimization projects.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Prior experience in team handling and stakeholder management is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of operational risk, process controls, and compliance standards.

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts as per business requirements.
• Rotational weekly offs.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays based on operational needs.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
