Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the IVF center, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non\-clinical activities, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, team coordination, revenue management, and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities1\. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the IVF center.
- Monitor patient flow and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, nursing staff, counselors, and support teams.
- Ensure availability of infrastructure, equipment, and consumables.
- Manage vendor relationships and facility maintenance.
2\. Patient Experience \& Service Excellence
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Address patient grievances and resolve escalations promptly.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
3\. Team Management
- Supervise administrative, front office, housekeeping, security, and support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure adequate manpower planning and roster management.
- Drive employee engagement and adherence to organizational policies.
4\. Revenue \& Business Performance
- Achieve monthly revenue and collection targets.
- Monitor OPD, IVF cycles, procedures, and conversion ratios.
- Analyze center performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
5\. Compliance \& Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and maintain necessary documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
- Monitor biomedical waste management and safety protocols.
6\. Inventory \& Procurement
- Monitor inventory levels of medicines, consumables, and IVF supplies.
- Coordinate procurement activities and vendor management.
- Ensure cost control and optimum utilization of resources.
7\. Coordination \& Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between management and center teams.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Administration departments.
- Support implementation of organizational initiatives and projects.

- Revenue achievement against budget.
- Patient satisfaction score.
- IVF cycle conversion rate.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA/MBA Healthcare) preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IVF/Fertility center operations preferred.
