Job Purpose
As a Manager \- Pre Sales at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the pre\-sales function within our Residential division, operating from our Mumbai Regional Office. The role demands strategic and operational leadership to optimize the performance of the pre\-sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's ambitious revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
You will have the responsibility to lead and manage outsourced process partners, primarily call centre teams, ensuring the achievement of business targets while maintaining high quality engagement with potential customers. Your work will involve rigorous manpower and capacity planning, adapting to the dynamic requirements of product launches and ongoing sales activities. By continuously analysing performance data, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, ensuring that the pre\-sales operations contribute effectively to the overall sales pipeline.
Collaboration is at the core of this position, requiring you to liaise closely with regional sales heads and various vertical leaders to align pre\-sales strategies with market demands and launch plans. Principal Accountabilities
Drive and deliver revenue targets for the Pre\-sales vertical by implementing effective sales support strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outsourced process partners, including call centre staff, to meet and exceed business objectives.
Develop and execute manpower and capacity planning to meet the demands of pre\-sales activities during both product launches and sustained sales periods.
Maintain comprehensive performance data for the pre\-sales team, using insights to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing team effectiveness and customer conversion rates.
Conduct regular performance reviews of the pre\-sales operations, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and customer engagement quality.
Innovate alternative business generation sources within the pre\-sales function to diversify and expand revenue streams.
Ensure and monitor the quality of customer interactions on calls, guiding data interpretation and training efforts to elevate service standards.
Coordinate closely with regional sales leaders to facilitate strategic sales planning and execution tailored to regional market dynamics.
Create and sustain a collaborative environment that supports change initiatives and encourages team members to explore innovative and risk\-positive propositions.
Work collaboratively with different vertical heads for the development and implementation of promotional schemes that support pre\-sales growth.

Key Relationships
In this role, you will establish and maintain key relationships across multiple layers of the organisation to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. These include:
- *Internal:** Close coordination with the Regional Sales Heads to align pre\-sales strategies with regional market demands and sales plans.
- *Vertical Heads:** Collaboration with leaders across different business verticals to develop and implement effective sales schemes and promotional initiatives.

Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate for the Manager \- Pre Sales position will possess a robust combination of qualifications and experience tailored to drive success in a fast\-paced sales environment within the real estate industry. Essential qualifications and experience include:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certifications will be considered advantageous.
Proven experience of at least 10 years in a sales\-related role with a strong emphasis on pre\-sales operations, preferably within the real estate or related sectors.
Experience managing outsourced teams, including call centre operations, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and optimise performance.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, capacity planning, and performance measurement to support strategic decision\-making.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective pre\-sales initiatives.
