Job Summary

The Manager – Retail Brand Image will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring end\-to\-end retail branding and brand image activities across Kerala. The role will ensure consistent implementation of brand identity across retail outlets, including Special Zone (SZ), ACP, In\-shop branding, POSM, product launches, festive campaigns, and other retail visibility initiatives. The position will involve close coordination with sales teams, vendors, agencies, procurement, finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, quality compliance, cost efficiency, and effective utilization of branding investments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

MBA / PG qualification in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field will be an added advantage

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Retail Branding, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Brand Management, or related functions.
• Experience in the Mobile, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industry is preferred.
• Proven experience in handling branding activities across multiple locations or a large geographical territory.
• Strong experience in vendor, agency, procurement, and budget management.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of retail branding, visual merchandising, POSM, POP, and in\-store visibility.
• Good knowledge of retail brand guidelines and execution standards.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation and cost\-control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
