Flowserve is looking for an experienced **Sales Manager at Mumbai, India** to drive project sales growth in the industrial products segment, with a strong focus on **valves, pumps and mechanical seals**. The role involves building strong relationships with **end users, EPCs, EPCM/PMC, licensors, and consultants**, while managing regional sales growth, bookings, and margin objectives.
### **Key Responsibilities**
Develop and execute regional project sales strategy
Drive bookings, sales growth, and margin performance
Manage key customer relationships and act as the primary contact
Coordinate with **operations, application engineering, customer service, and manufacturing**
Support proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, and warranty\-related discussions
Build and implement marketing and sales plans aligned to business goals
Track reports, quotes, expenses, actuals, and sales pipeline
Use strategic selling concepts to influence customer decisions
Lead discussions with confidence using strong financial and commercial acumen
### **Ideal Candidate Profile**
**15\+ years of relevant experience**
**BE / B.Tech** in a relevant field
Strong background in **industrial sales**, preferably in **valves, pumps or mechanical seals**
Experience with **strategic selling, customer management, and solution selling**
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and preferably **Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics**
Strong technical understanding of industrial products and market dynamics
Self\-driven, result\-oriented, and able to work independently with cross\-functional teams
