Senior Manager – Sales (Luxury Residential)

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Experience: 7\+ yrs

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Sales to lead sales for a premium high\-rise residential project in Kharadi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury residential real estate sales and a proven track record in the East Pune market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive project sales and achieve revenue targets. Lead and mentor the sales team. Manage channel partners and direct sales. Handle customer presentations, negotiations, and closures. Develop sales strategies and monitor market trends. Ensure excellent customer experience and CRM compliance. Requirements: 10–15 years of experience in residential real estate sales. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. Strong exposure to the East Pune market (Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Wagholi, Mundhwa, Hadapsar, etc.). Established channel partner network preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. MBA preferred.
