Location: Worli, Mumbai

Key Requirements

Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil preferred)

Experience in a Project Head or similar technical leadership role

Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical \& Plumbing) systems

Ability to lead and manage the technical team, including engineers and MEP staff

Hands\-on experience in building operations, maintenance, vendor management, and statutory compliance.

• Manage the day\-to\-day operations and maintenance of corporate offices, studios, production spaces, and related facilities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG sets, elevators, and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and workplace aesthetics.

Vendor \& Contract Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with facility service providers and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and ensure timely service delivery.
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining quality standards.

Health, Safety \& Compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire safety norms, environmental guidelines, and local municipal requirements.
• Coordinate safety audits, emergency preparedness drills, and risk assessments.
• Maintain all statutory licenses, certifications, and documentation.
