We are looking for an experienced **Manager – Talent Acquisition \& Operations** to lead talent acquisition initiatives for both **core IT Infrastructure Services hiring and internal corporate hiring**. The role requires a strategic recruitment professional who can partner with business leaders, support workforce planning, drive hiring excellence, and contribute to organizational growth through data\-driven talent decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring for IT Infrastructure domains such as Cloud, Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Service Desk, Systems Administration, IT Operations, and Managed Services, while also managing internal hiring requirements across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure Services and internal business functions.
- Partner with leadership teams to understand business goals, workforce planning needs, and future talent requirements.
- Participate in strategic hiring discussions and provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
- Drive recruitment delivery across multiple positions while ensuring quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Lead internal hiring projects, succession planning support, and critical resource fulfillment initiatives.
- Develop and maintain recruitment documentation, hiring trackers, SOPs, process guidelines, job descriptions, and recruitment reports.
- Prepare and present hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and periodic reports to leadership for decision\-making.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and best practices across talent acquisition functions.
- Mentor and support recruitment team members while fostering a high\-performance hiring culture.
- Manage external recruitment partners, vendors, and job portal relationships as required.
Desired Profile
- 7\+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure Services, or Technology Consulting environments.
- Proven experience hiring for Infrastructure Technologies including Cloud, Network, Security, Systems, IT Operations, Data Center, and End\-User Computing roles.
- Strong exposure to internal hiring, stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment operations.
- Experience participating in strategic business discussions and translating business requirements into hiring plans.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and process management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Hands\-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and hiring dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced and growth\-oriented environment.
