The Marketing \& Customer Support Executive will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, managing customer interactions, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer\-handling experience, and the ability to work in a technology\-oriented environment. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise and customer service excellence to help expand business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth communication throughout project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities
\-Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
\-Maintain a database of potential clients, government organizations, defence\-related agencies, and industry partners.Assist in preparing business proposals, capability presentations, company profiles, and marketing materials.

Manage company social media platforms and professional networking channels.
Create and publish marketing content, including project updates, product information, company achievements, and promotional materials.
Assist in website content updates and digital branding initiatives.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer outreach programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Event \& Client Engagement
Coordinate participation in exhibitions, defence expos, technical seminars, and industry events.
Schedule client meetings, demonstrations, and presentations.
Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare event reports and customer feedback summaries.

4\. Customer Support Responsibilities Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests. Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, phone calls, and messages. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Provide regular updates regarding project status, documentation, and service requests. Customer Relationship Management Maintain accurate customer records and interaction histories. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating resolutions. Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement. Build long\-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and repeat business opportunities.
5\.Coordination \& Follow\-Up
Coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and management teams to resolve customer issues. Track customer requests and ensure timely closure. Assist in project documentation and communication between clients and internal teams. Follow up on pending customer requirements and maintain service quality standards.
6\. Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and project communications. Support tender documentation and proposal preparation activities. Assist management with business correspondence and client communications. Ensure confidentiality of company and customer information.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
