BIPS Systems Limited is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Marketing Engineer** to support business development activities in the Enterprise and Government sector.

The role focuses on promoting IT Infrastructure solutions and generating new business opportunities across Servers, Desktops, Networking, and Storage solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify new business opportunities in government and private sectors
• Promote IT Infrastructure solutions including:
• Servers
• Desktops \& End\-User Computing
• Networking Solutions
• Storage Systems
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents
• Coordinate with OEM partners such as HP, Acer, and similar brands
• Maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
• Support sales targets and business growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• *Required Skills**

• Basic to good knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of sales and marketing processes
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Willingness to travel for business development activities

• *Educational Qualification**

• B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics \& Communication, or related field
• MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage

• *Experience Required**

3 – 5 Years in IT Sales / Marketing / Business Development

• *Preferred Candidate**

• Experience in IT product sales or solution marketing
• Knowledge of Government tendering and bidding process
