Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing BDE to support Marketing Business Development Managers (BDMs) in promoting educational courses and training programs. The candidate will assist with school and college visits, career awareness sessions, student data collection, lead generation, and follow\-up activities to support business development and increase student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing BDMs in planning and executing school and college marketing activities.
• Visit educational institutions along with BDMs to promote Catalyst Education's courses and training programs.
• Support career guidance classes, awareness sessions, seminars, and student presentations.
• Coordinate with school and college authorities to arrange visits and student interaction sessions.
• Collect student enquiries and relevant contact information with appropriate institutional permission and consent.
• Generate leads and maintain accurate records of student enquiries and potential admissions.
• Follow up with interested students and coordinate with the counselling and sales teams.
• Assist in building relationships with schools, colleges, teachers, and placement officers.
• Support field marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives.
• Prepare daily activity reports covering institution visits, leads generated, and follow\-ups.
• Help BDMs achieve monthly targets for institutional visits, lead generation, and admissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in marketing, field sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to schools and colleges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with BDMs and the marketing team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target\-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel is preferred.
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
